A $500 million redevelopment of Logan Hospital is set to deliver expanded, modern healthcare facilities to support the region’s growing population. The project includes 206 new beds, enhanced maternity and mental health services, and the addition of new urgent care and ambulatory care centres. A dedicated urgent care facility will feature 11 beds and 22 consulting rooms, complemented by upgraded pathology, diagnostic, and imaging services, ensuring comprehensive, efficient care now and into the future.
70% of the building has been sold or leased to major healthcare providers, Metro South Health and Lumus Imaging, leaving up to 1300m2 for specialist suites. The building services include an urgent care, women’s out patient, medical imaging and more.
