Bill has worked in property development for nearly 40 years and has delivered a variety of major projects around the world.
Before immigrating to Australia from the United Kingdom and South Africa, Bill specialised in the fast-track delivery of major projects. Such projects include world-class hotel and leisure precincts, master-planned commercial office park precincts, and other specialised facilities such as the Formula One Race Track in Kyalami, Johannesburg.
Since arriving in Brisbane and founding OPD, OPD has expanded its operation into New South Wales and Victoria. In commercial office parks based in South East Queensland alone, Bill has driven the business to deliver over 100,000m2 of customised space for a host of blue chip tenants, including Teys-Cargill, Samsung, Nestle, Commonwealth Bank, Newhope Coal and Mazda.
